PA238Q LCD / LED Monitor ("Participating Products") from an authorised participating computer dealer stores within Australia ONLY between 1/09/2011
and close of business on 31/12/2011 (Promotional Period). 2). To enter, consumers must: (i) Completed this Claim Form. (ii) Photocopied receipt (iii) Cut
out S/N Serial Number from product box. (iv) Mail in your claim to: ASUS SHOW ME THE MONEY LCD/LED PROMOTION, P.O Box 1820. Macquarie
Shopping Centre, North Ryde, NSW 2113. Incomplete and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. 3). Entries are limited to one entry per
purchase. A maximum of 5 entries per household/registered business address applies. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase in the
form of an original receipt for the products purchased for all entries. 4). The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for
inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. 5). Entries
received after 23.59 EST on 14/01/12 will not be accepted. The promoter recommends that the participant sends the claim by registered post to ensure
that misdirected mail can be traced. 6). Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - nocorrespondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or
tampered with in any way. 7). The purchase date is determined by the date of the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim. 8). ASUS
reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product purchased is returned for any reasons. 9). All claims are subject to verification by ASUS. ASUS
reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions. 10). Employees of ASUS and its resellers and distributors
